Participants must be employed by, or be, a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder engaged in retail sales, or be a sales associate employed by a CZ Edge-qualified distributor in good standing. All eligible participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions.

A “Dealer” (owner) is defined as the independent FFL holder or their designated representative for a specific FFL location.

Participants must register at CZedgerewards.com and provide all required information to be eligible for rewards.

Only new CZ firearms and Barrel Sets sold between September 30, 2025, and December 31, 2026, qualify for this program. (For distributor sales, products sold within this same timeframe qualify.) All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. The following do not qualify: used products, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), Individual Officer Program (IOP) sales, tax-exempt sales, and law enforcement/government agency sales.

A firearm is considered sold when the ATF Form 4473 is completed and the customer takes possession. Barrel Sets are considered sold when payment is received.

Required documentation:

• Firearms: Printed invoice showing salesperson, location, date of sale, firearm model, and serial number
• Barrel Sets / Products: Sales order or receipt showing model, serial number (if applicable), date of sale, and salesperson

All redemption requests must be submitted by January 15, 2027. Incomplete submissions will not be processed. CZ is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or illegible submissions. All uploaded documentation must be clear and legible.

Participants may not transfer, share, or combine sales to earn rewards.

Participants will be notified via email if a submission is incomplete.

All rewards are subject to availability. If a selected reward is unavailable, CZ reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. Rewards will be shipped at CZ’s expense to the participant’s FFL location of employment.

Participants are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including background checks and CLEO approval where applicable.

In accordance with federal law, an IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued for any year in which the total fair market value of redeemed rewards is $2,000 or more. Product values are determined based on the current CZ Commercial Dealer Price List at the time of the promotion.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or discounts.

This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Not all CZ products are available in all locations; participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws prior to redemption.

Applicable sales tax and other taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the participant.

CZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Participation may be revoked for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This program is void where prohibited by law.

Participation is limited to the United States and to U.S. persons as defined in 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 for export control purposes.
